Credit wallet terms

This page explains how credits are issued, redeemed, and safeguarded. By topping up, you agree to the policy below.

Nature of credits

Credits are a pre-paid digital value that can be redeemed for downloads, mentor reviews, AI boosts, and other paid features across CSS Coach. They are not legal tender, but a learning allowance tied to your verified account.

Validity & storage

Loaded credits never expire while your account remains in good standing. You can top up now and deploy them weeks or months later without any deductions.

Refunds flow back to credits

Payments are converted to credits immediately. If a class, review, or download is cancelled, the corresponding credits are restored to your wallet—no processing fees, no waiting for bank reversals.

Fair use & abuse

We reserve the right to reverse credits or suspend wallets that are obtained through fraudulent top-ups, chargebacks, resale, or misuse of referral incentives. Genuine mistakes? Message support and we will help.

Pricing updates

Credit bundle pricing may change with notice as our content library grows. Any adjustments will be announced on the pricing page and inside the wallet modal before they go live.
